Anette Andersson is a Senior Sustainability Investment Specialist at SEB Investment Management. She has 30 years’ experience from the financial markets and more than 15 year of sustainable investments. Since 2015 her focus has been sustainability integration, company engagements and communication. She is a regular guest lecturer at several Universities and Business Schools in Sweden.
Philipp Baecker is a partner with Bain & Company in Frankfurt, specializing in digital financial services and advanced analytics. He serves as a member of Bain’s EMEA financial services leadership team and global solution lead for data architecture in financial services.
Sharon Bains-Kler has 20 years experience in the Futures & Options electronic trading space and has held electronic execution sales roles at Barclays Capital, Morgan Stanley and now Bank of America where she is responsible for F&O e-sales in EMEA

Omar Bennani is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan and leads the Delta One trading activity in EMEA. Delta One trading offers non-volatility, linear products to a diverse client base. Omar has a trading experience spanning over 16 year both on the buy and sell sides. Omar is based in Paris and his team is present across London, Paris and Johannesburg.
Lee Betsill serves as Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer for CME Clearing. He is responsible for advancing the company’s risk management framework, including all associated procedures, policies and controls and is also the clearing house’s Enterprise Risk Officer.
Andreas is a managing director within the Treasury department of Commerzbank, responsible for intraday liquidity management and all liquidity related issues in regard to settlements and payments. In addition, Andreas coordinates a variety of strategic infrastructure projects within the bank such as instant payments and digital initiatives such as HQLAx & Fnality where tokenisation of assets and cash are in focus. Repo related improvements of collateral fluidity, scarcity and settlement efficiency are the key drivers in the above-mentioned projects.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Thomas Book is one of the pioneers in the field of electronic trading. Having joined Deutsche Börse Group in 1995, he was part of the team that rolled out DTB‘s remote membership concept across Europe and the US.
Eric is a Managing Director and Global Head of Trading at Allianz Global Investors, a position he took up in 2016. Eric started his career in 1994 covering reporting tasks for derivatives. Since 1996 he is trading fixed income, equity and commodity derivatives. In 2007, Eric has been promoted to Global Head of Derivatives at Allianz Global Investors.
Dr. Bernhard Brunner is Partner at finccam GmbH where he is designing and managing risk premia and risk management strategies. Before that he was Managing Director at Allianz Global Investors and as CIO he was responsible for Multi Asset Alternatives & Hedging strategies.
Fabrizio Campelli has been responsible for the Corporate Bank and Investment Bank on the Management Board since May 2021. He joined the board in November 2019 in his former role of Chief Transformation Officer, responsible for transformation and Human Resources. In August 2021 he took on additional responsibility at Management Board level for Deutsche Bank in the UK and Ireland (UKI).
Amy Caruso is the Head of Collateral Initiatives at ISDA where she is responsible for developing and delivering a transformational strategy for collateral management, including facilitating innovation and compliance while driving standardization and efficiency.
Since 2021 he is responsible for the CCP risk management at B3. Before that he was responsible for risk modeling, with responsibility for CCP risk measure methodology. He joined B3 (BM&FBovespa) in 2015. Between 2010 and 2015, he was CRO at Polo Capital, where he also acted as co-portfolio manager of a quantitative fund (2014-15).
Antonio Celeste, Director, Sustainable Product Management at Qontigo, which was created through a merger of Axioma, STOXX and DAX by the Deutsche Börse Group. With over 16 years of experience in the ESG industry, Antonio is responsible for development and enhancement of STOXX and DAX’s suite of sustainable indices.
Roland Chai is Executive Vice President and leads Nasdaq’s Marketplace Technology business, which comprises purpose-built products to meet the technology needs of marketplace infrastructure clients.
Alex Chatfield joined Optiver in 2019 as an equity index options trader. Alex currently sits within Optiver's macro trading team where he trades global equity index volatility. Teo FLOOR is the CEO of The Global Association of Central Counterparties – CCP12, since October 2020. Previously, Teo worked for Eurex Clearing from 2008 to 2020 in various risk and strategy roles. Teo holds a MSci in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Bath, and a BSci in Joint Mathematics and Computer Science from Imperial College.

David Horner is the Chief Risk Officer of LCH Ltd, the UK clearing house which operates the SwapClear, RepoClear, EquityClear and ForexClear services. LCH Ltd is part of the London Stock Exchange Group. Mr Horner joined LSEG in May 2014 as the Head of Risk for the SwapClear service.

He is the lead portfolio manager of the biggest multi asset mutual fund at LBBW AM, LBBW Multi Global.
Rochak is the Google Cloud lead for innovation for financial services institutions in North America within Google’s professional services organization. Rochak is responsible for linking Google’s products and solutions with emergent challenges faced by the industry.
Ross Lancaster is head of research at Acuiti, where he is responsible for providing content to sell-side, proprietary trading and cryptocurrency derivatives networks. Before joining Acuiti, he worked as a financial journalist covering securitisation a IFR and edited the derivatives and corporate bond sections at GlobalCapital, as well as reporting on European leveraged finance.
Matti is a member and was the chair and vice-Chair in 2013-2018 of the Occupational Pensions Stakeholder Group of EU supervisory authority EIOPA, a member of the European Commission’s High Level Group of Experts on Pensions 2018 – 2019 and the chair of the World Pension Alliance 2018 – 2019.
Magnus Linder is responsible for equity and derivative trading at Swedbank Robur. He joined the firm in 2011. Magnus is responsible for derivatives and delta one trading and has also worked closely with Nasdaq and Eurex regarding the launch of ESG derivatives. Prior to Swedbank Robur, he worked at Nasdaq OMX and Carnegie Investment Bank.

Mr Listwoń has many years of experience in the trading and clearing of commodity futures markets, financial instruments and international transactions carried out as part of the European electricity market coupling mechanism.
Klaus Löber is the first Chair of the ESMA CCP Supervisory Committee (CCP SC). His areas of responsibility encompass the tasks attribute by EMIR to the CCP SC, in particular the enhancement of supervisory convergence and ensuring a resilient CCP landscape in the EU as well the monitoring and management of the risk that CCPs established in third countries may pose to the EU.
Ian Lomas has been with Société Générale for over 15 years trading and market-making FX futures. He runs the bank’s specialised FX futures trading team in London. His group offer liquidity in FX blocks, EFPs and EFRPs across all the major global exchanges. SG continue to stand with today’s hosts as committed partners in this product space since printing their first FX Futures block on Eurex back in 2019.
As Qontigo’s Chief Product Officer, Indices & Benchmarks, Axel Lomholt is responsible for the STOXX and DAX index portfolio. Prior to joining Qontigo, Axel served as Head of Product and Program Management for Asia, where he led several large-scale business initiatives across the region. Earlier at Vanguard, he served as Interim Chief Executive Officer, Asia.
Dr. Martin Lück is BlackRock‘s Chief Investment Strategist for the German-speaking region and Eastern Europe. In this role, he serves as the firm’s main spokesperson regarding macro and investment topics. In close cooperation with colleagues from all over the world, he works on delivering the variety and depth of BlackRock’s investment analysis to clients in the region.
Elena works as a product manager at Eurex in London. She has over 20 years’ experience in exchanges and CCPs. Her focus is on launching new derivatives aimed at replicating OTC swaps. She was instrumental in the futurization of EURO STOXX 50 index swaps as listed TRF. Elena holds an MBA from Hult International Business School in USA and is a CFA Charterholder.
Davide joined Eurex’s Fixed Income Product Development team in 2018. In his role, Davide is responsible for product research and development across linear rates and index. He is responsible for managing the development and the introduction of new listed derivatives on Eurex exchange.
Dr. Sabine Mauderer has been Member of the Executive Board of the Deutsche Bundesbank since September 2018. She is responsible for the Directorates Human Resources, Procure-ment and Markets, which includes the implementation of monetary policy.
Kristen joined FTSE Russell, in March 2008 to focus on the relationships with Exchange Traded Product providers. She has been involved in business development and the design of complex bespoke indices for asset managers throughout her tenure. She began working on FTSE Russell’s Digital Asset initiative in 2019 by leading the partnership with Digital Asset Research.

Erik Müller, CEO of Eurex Clearing AG, has over 20 years of experience in Capital Markets and is a member of the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing since April 2013. He is also a member of the Management Board of Eurex Deutschland, represents Eurex on the CFTC Global Markets Advisory Committee and serves on the Board of Directors of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association.

Frank heads the Fixed Income Funding and Financing (FIFF) Securities Financing Product & Business Development and as such is responsible for the development and distribution of CCP cleared repo solutions for sell- & buy-side entities. Jens Quiram has been co-leading the FIC Derivatives & Repo Sales team since 2022, following the integration of FX Derivatives into the cross-product Sales organization of Eurex. In addition to this role, Jens manages the Client Solutions team as part of the Eurex Global Sales organization.
Imène is the Director General of Market Operations at the ECB, in charge of implementing the single monetary policy for the euro area, together with the National Central Banks of the Eurosystem. Her responsibilities include lending operations and collateral, asset purchase programmes, and foreign exchange reserve management, as well as market monitoring and intelligence.
Florian Reibis is Head of Portfolio Management Structured Products at HSBC Asset Management in Düsseldorf. He is working in the financial industry since 2003. Florian is responsible for the management and development of derivative based strategies.
Juan Reig Mascarell is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan. Juan currently runs Global Credit Solutions and Credit Exotics Trading as well as European Credit Trading. Juan has been working at J.P. Morgan for the last 24 years where he has performed a number of roles within the Global Credit Trading organization. Juan holds a Bachelor Degree on Business Administration from the University of Valencia.
Katja joined the Eurex FIC Derivatives & Repo Sales team at the beginning of 2019 with focus on Repo. She has more than two decades of experience in the finance industry where she started life as a Fixed Income repo trader before moving into the Equity finance & funding world at Citigroup London. With joining Eurex she has played an important role in developing market share in UK, Spain and Portugal.
Thomas Richter was born on 8 June 1966 in Ansbach. He studied law and French in France and Augsburg, worked for a law firm in Toronto and is a certified stock exchange trader and investment analyst DVFA/CEFA. From 1995 to 1998, Thomas Richter worked at Deutsche Börse AG and then in managerial positions at DWS until 2007.
Steffen Riediger is a Director at European Energy Exchange (EEX) and is in charge of the Business Development unit. In his position, Steffen has a leading role in developing commodity markets around the globe and expanding EEX’s flagship energy trading platform. He joined EEX Group in 2010.
Thilo Roßberg is a Managing Director and Head of FICC Markets at Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart, and oversees SSA Bond, Government Bond, Rates, FX and Commodity trading.
Thilo Roßberg joined LBBW in 2006 as a Rates Exotics Trader, before he took over the responsibility for the Rates Structuring activities. He was announced Head of Interest Rate Derivatives Trading in 2014.
In April 2016, Randolf Roth was appointed to the Executive Board of Eurex Frankfurt AG where he is responsible for Equity & Index Derivatives. He is also a member of the Management Board of Eurex Deutschland since July 2016. Until February 2016 Randolf Roth served as CEO two related companies: Zimory GmbH and Deutsche Börse Cloud Exchange AG.
Florian is Senior Analyst in the Energy Analytics Team at ICIS. He advises and informs carbon market compliance players, the financial and public sector on fundamental developments and scenarios of the changing energy and carbon market landscape in Europe. He is an expert on the European Emission Trading System (EU ETS) and its interaction with the energy complex in its transition to net-zero.
Philipp Schultze is heading the European Equity&Index Derivatives Sales team at Eurex. Previously he was working for more than 15 years within the financial industry in equity derivatives trading and sales. He holds a bachelor of applied science from the ZHAW School of Management and Law in Zurich and the diploma as a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA).
Christina started her career at Deutsche Börse 2001. Before her promotion as Chief Sustainability Officer Trading & Clearing she headed different teams in the exchange and clearing organization. She believes that collaboration, openness and endurance are the required to tackle major challenges. The sustainable transformation is one of them.
Romain Sellem joined Bank of America in Paris in 2021 to develop the marketing of structured solutions, with a focus on securitized products & quantitative investments strategies. Prior his role at BofA, Romain spent most part of his career in London where he had similar roles and responsibilities within RBC, JP Morgan and Lehman Brothers.
Dmitrij Senko is Chief Risk Officer of Eurex Clearing AG and has been a member of the Executive Board since July 2019. Senko joined Eurex Clearing in 2010 and since then he has played an important role in developing the Risk Management department.
Nataliya Shybanova joined AQUIS Capital as Head of Investor Solutions & Relations with focus on ESG integration for Next Gen investment products in 2022. For this role she brings experience from structured products and asset management. At AQUIS, she is responsible of the unique and first kind in the world fund of sustainable hedge funds.
Natasha Sibley is a Fund Manager in the Multi-Strategy team at Janus Henderson. Her focus is on derivatives trading strategies including convertible bond arbitrage, volatility, correlation and delta one opportunities. Natasha graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics as well as a MMath mathematics degree from the University of Oxford.
Philip Simons has 30 years experience in the financial industry where he started life as a swaps trader before moving into the clearing world, initially heading up the clearing business at UBS followed by Cargill. Philip later moved into the custody and collateral management space at J.P.Morgan before joining Deutsche Börse Group.
Michaël has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector. He joined the AM industry in 1998 as a bond portfolio manager, then as head of fixed income and currency. In 2009, Michael was responsible for aggregate management.
Civil engineering background with over 20 years’ experience in commodities within ABN AMRO. From relationship management in trade and commodity finance to being the global head of the commodity repo desk. Moved to ABN AMRO Clearing 3 years ago being globally responsible for the Corporate Hedger segment providing execution, clearing, physical settlement and repo financing services to our clients.
Goya joined J.P. Morgan in 2002 in London. Between 2003-2015, he held a variety of Rates trading roles, including exotics & hybrids trading and GBP swap market maker. He has managed the inflation desk since 2015 , becoming co-head of EU rates trading in 2021. Goya also runs the structured rates trading business for J.P. Morgan globally.
Robert is a Senior Equity Derivatives Sales Trader at Susquehanna. He has been at the firm for over 7 years, covering their Institutional Client Base across Europe.
Stefan Thomsen is a senior derivatives trader at Union Investment. He is responsible for trading listed and OTC derivatives across the various asset classes of equities, bonds, foreign exchange and commodities.
Thomas Uhm is a part of Jane Street's Global Crypto Institutional Sales & Trading team. In this role, Tom coordinates activity between the crypto asset trading desk and external parties. He focuses on issue related to strategy, infrastructure, education and execution for both crypto-focused and traditional financial firms.
In July 2020, Jonas Ullmann was appointed to the Executive Board of Eurex Frankfurt AG where he is responsible for Trading Design & Delivery and acts as Chief Operating Officer within Eurex Frankfurt AG. Since November 2021 he is also a member of the Management Board of Eurex Deutschland.
Norbert van Veldhuizen is Head of Equity Index Product, EMEA at FTSE Russell. He is responsible for developing and managing FTSE Russell market capitalization equity indexes as well as alternatively weighted and factor indexes. Norbert joined FTSE Russell in 2021 from BlackRock, where he spent over 13 years in various roles.
Hitendra D Varsani is a Managing Director and Global Head of Factor and Derivative Solutions Research at MSCI with 20 years of industry experience based in London.
